Vintage Cave House

Vintage Cave House begins with an old Göreme house that has been the family’s home for five generations. It has since become a boutique hotel, and it is open about its mix: four carved cave rooms and five stone rooms. If your goal is a room cut into the rock, ask for one of the cave rooms.

The rooms

The rooms are numbered 102, 103, 201, 202, 203, 301, 302, 303 and 304, and each is listed as “1 Person, Queen Bed, 2 Windows”. The cave rooms are carved into ancient rocks and blend antique elegance with modern comfort. Ask which room numbers are the cave rooms.

Terraces and garden

The hotel’s selling point is its open and closed terraces, where you can watch the hot air balloons rise over Göreme. It also has a quiet garden. A traditional breakfast is served every morning.

Getting there
